sunbitten and frostburned

after spending a couple of snow filled weeks in the northeast i returned to a sunny 65 in nola.  best of both worlds, really.  these first four are the warm nola pieces from the past week, and the last was done in ithaca, ny - it was fun until my brush finally froze... you can see spots where the watercolor melted
